Reached-out to my local Honda Service Center about the “Emissions System Problem” Engine light turning on that day. I was concerned about the “Engine System Problem” stating to keep my car “away from flammable objects😭.. (Google was reassuring— made it sound like it was most likely a glitch, or bad sensor.. But the “stay away from flammable objects” (😭)..and the way my car was driving)
..Along with that, i was also in need of another oil change- the “oil life” % meter being strange. And that my car was still only getting 14MPG.

She said a service specialist was going to reach out to me about my concerns. I asked, when should i be expecting to hear from them (later today? Tomorrow morning? Tomorrow afternoon?)
She said, as soon as one is available.
I never heard back from anyone (besides about trade-in’s). Sunday evening, i made an appointment online, for Monday.

They gave me an oil change. Told me i’d have to pay again for diagnostics/for them to investigate. Once again, I said, okay. And to please tell me if there is any other suggested maintenance that may be needed.

A few hours later, Service Advisor said they “couldn't find anything physically wrong with my car”, again. They didnt see any codes for the engine lights/warnings. “No leaks anywhere. Nothings leaking.” The service advisor suggested an engine and transmission flush might help improve my gas mileage. So, i agreed, and asked him if there was anything else possible to help? Or anything else they may think i need? Nope.

I asked the service advisor about what were my oil levels, and if there was any oil dilution? He was kind of hesitant. He said, those specific tests they don’t really do— and there really isnt any need to. But, the good news is, theres nothing wrong with my car. & they just really can’t find a single thing, &/or reasons behind my complaints. But, hopefully after the flush, my car should start to improve. $689.87

Update:
“Emissions System Problem” warning is back on- 70% oil life left, 543 miles, almost $700 & 9 days later; after taking it back to the delarship to be serviced and diagnosed. They said they couldnt find any physical leaks, nor anything else wrong with my vehicle or any explanations for my issues. I asked them if it had any oil dilution? & what were the #’s? The service guy hesitantly answered that they don’t check for that specific thing- so it was not included in my diagnositic investigation— even tho they couldnt find anything other explanation &/or potential cause.

.

..Then.. Last night, at 42,731 miles, it dropped to “40% Oil life

Today, it has been bouncing back & fourth between “40%” & “50% oil life

..Shortly after getting gas, my check engine light temporarily went-away around 42,754 miles..
..But it returned by the time i hit 42,789 miles

If it's that bad, I would contact Honda USA and open a case if the dealer says there is no issue. If it's going through that much fuel, your oil is going to saturated with fuel. Which will end up killing the engine.
I’m going to guess that’s whats happening now “/

If you are getting that bad of gas mileage you should be setting a p0172 rich condition code by now. Your warranty info is done via a "VIN inquiry" with your Honda service writer. Seeing that your car is a 2019, it had a 3yr/36k mile cover-it-all-except-maintenance-stuff warranty, the engine has a 5yr/60k mile warranty that this would most likely fall under, so you should be under warranty still.

Take it to the dealer again, have them check short and long term fuel trims. They should be between like 0.95-1.05 to be normal. Then have them do an A/F cylinder balance test in order to check for leaking injectors. Funny enough, a well working catalytic converter in the exhaust system will create a good amount of water as a biproduct of cleaning the exhaust gases. You should be trying to troubleshoot a poor fuel economy condition, refrain from telling them about water coming out the exhaust, it will just throw off a junior technician.
About a year ago, they said they couldn’t find any record of me & my warranty. I bought the car new, Fall 2019, from a Honda dealership. I am the 1st & sole owner of my car.
The past multiple service trips, they said they have no idea as to why my fue economy is so horrible.
They said maybe after a transmission flush it could help. I agreed to that, and my average mpg hasnt improved- has dropped slightly since then.
