Has anyone else got fog / moisture coming out of their ac vents ? My friend said its just moisture nothing to worry about. But it didn't happen until 5 years after I purchase the car why now lol

Hey everyone, Was perusing the interwebs for my next exterior mod and found these front bumper fog light vents with LED signals. Was curious if anyone has done a mod like this and what it entailed, since you have to splice these LEDs into the existing wiring of the car. Feddback?
