So this notorius whistling sound has appears now in my civic, and I saw a TSB here the other day with the exact symptoms. It occurs at ~2100 - ~2900 RPM. Can someone please reference it? And how do I prove to my dealer that I need this fixed?

To me, this TSB raises far more questions than it answers. TSB 18-137 call "to change" the AC Control Unit . Anyone know what the NEW "Ac Control Unit" part number is, and how if differs from the ones that have to be replaced ? I assume there are "old AC Control Unit" parts numbers...
