remote start not working

  1. 2017 civic EX remote start stopped working

    2017 Civic EX has 35k miles. When I attempt to remote start I hear a sound under hood but the car won't start. The car starts fine using the start button. The mechanic confirmed it is not a battery issue. Any ideas before I take it to dealer for diagnostics?
