I made a video comparing the W1 with the OEM turbo! Go check it out and let me know what you think!
I am primary looking for turbo upgrades for improving my Autocross racing. I also do track days and drag racing, but I have the most access to AutoX. The video I made above points out an...
Hi all, I'm in Sussex, UK and toying with the idea of getting my FK8 ECU flashed.
Please could anyone in the south-east let me know their experience with getting their FK8 dyno'd and ECU flashed? I'm looking for somewhere that has done a good job before within about 50 miles of Brighton -...
I was wondering if anyone had dyno'd their car with either the TSP stage 1, or Phearable 1.5R. I already have the tsp tune, and the prl cobra with race maf. If anyone has a similar setup dyno'd, maybe an added intercooler or downpipe. Tried looking around and could only really find FBO numbers...

Car has KN drop in filter and Perrin intercooler running only 93 octane. Im currently on the Ktuner stage 1.1 tune and I advanced timing 1.5 degrees from 5K to redline. I am thinking about getting it e-tuned with Innovative Motorworks. Do you guys think that the E-tune would be worth the $400 or...

Hey Everyone,
There are a multitude of generic dyno tuning shops in the Milwaukee/Chicago area, that being said, I'm skeptical that any old tuning shop knows our motors well enough to safely make the most power. Please recommend a tuning shop that has experience with the L15B7.
Thank you.
before reading, my goal is not to bash the tuner, i believe he did what he could. I am here to learn more about what to look out for. Within the last two days ive read a good amount of posts, and dyno results...consulted a few professional opinion. I decided to make a post in hopes of helping...
This thread has been a long time coming. It's taken allot of hard work to get here and I'm super impressed with the results
Big shout out to Derek for all the hard work he did and making this possible.
A big thanks to Cory at 2 Step Performance for the goodies, and also answering my...
Hi guys,
Can you share your dyno tips & tricks for FK8?
I got into some limp mode where I was unable to change modes while doing first run.
I cleared itself after 10km on the road, but was wondering, what I need to "turn off" before starting a run?
Also, what other tips you have for tuning on...
***UPDATE*** - saw Derek again at Innovative Motorworks this past week and he refined the tune a bit more. Smoothed out the torque curve and cleaned up a few things resulting in a little more power. Car is now at 376 whp / 387 wtq on 93 octane fuel. More to come soon...

I put these on the FB group, but in case you aren't on there, I will add them here.
Got these done at Crucial Performance in Columbus, Ohio.

It is critical when on the dyno to have a lot of airflow over the intercooler. What we have seen with a number of dyno sessions is that without adequate air flow the intake air temperature will reach the point where more requested torque will result in a minimal power increase.
Look at the...
