Hi, I'm about to buy a competition stage 2, I drive a 17 Si with an MAPerformance Dp and plans to go FBO, none for flex fuel and none of that. Im a rookie so I have some rookie questions
1) is it a comfortable clutch? Its my daily and I don't want to be encumbered
2)hows the chatter? Does the...
I'm looking at getting a clutch as my stock one is starting to slip after 66xxxkm and a 21psi tune.
What is eveyone running?
Emans retrofit is out of the question as it's out of stock and alittle to expensive.
I've been leaning towards ACT full face organic light weight flywheel kit. Just...
I'm have some trouble with my clutch in my 2017 1.5 turbo civic.
Firstly the pedal is really squeaky. On pretty much every gear change there is a loud squeak when raising the pedal. I had applied some grease to the master cylinder rod which reduced the sound for a couple of weeks but it's now...
I sold my Si, before I received this part.

I installed my stage 3 competition clutch kit on my 2017 si on Saturday. After driving for a bit I realized how hard it was to shift into the next gear so today I removed the clutch and found no issues with the way it was installed. It feels like the clutch is not fully disengaging to go into...
Hi all!
I recently purchased a brand new civic sport sedan with manual transmission. I love, love, love the car so much. For my budget, it is more than what I could ask for.
My only little complain is that I feel the clutch pedal too centered, too close to the brake pedal. My previous manual...
Im new to the forums but glad to be part of the community. Just picked up a 2020 Si last month. I plan on going for the 27won W2 when it drops in the following months. I was wondering whether the Clutchmasters FX350 and flywheel or the ACT HD/Perf street clutch and flywheel would be a better...
I'm reading through the clutch pedal adjustment procedure outlined in the service manual and find it very confusing. Can anyone shine some light on the following instructions?
(See the images below for reference.)
Step 2: "Pull the clutch pedal by hand"
Why does it need to be pulled? Won't...
Clutch makes a clicking sound, especially when releasing towards the end. Seems to happen mostly when warmed up. I read that this is normal, but just making sure this is not excessive and not some other issue.
Hello All
I’ve just developed an issue on my 2018 Civic LX with a 6 speed where when I release the clutch pedal, basically when the clutch actually engages (while in gear only, pedal makes no sound when released in neutral) it gives me an extremely annoying chirping/squeaking sound. I have...

I've moved onto an aftermarket clutch kit and no longer have use for the stock parts. The clutch has 30K miles on it, never had any problems, I just know it wouldn't have held the power from the mods I've done to my Si so I went with an FX400 and lightweight flywheel. Not sure what it's worth...

As most of you know our stock clutch doesn't hold much added power. Some get lucky and it lasts for a while, but mine did not. Went with the FX400 and lightweight flywheel. Pretty happy with it. Obviously keeping it under 3500 rpm and no WOT for the break in is a bummer. I'm not the most patient...
So 3 months ago I traded in my 17 ex-t coupe for a 20 Si Sedan.
After 316 miles of light driving my clutch burned out. I know what you're thinking, but this is not my first manual. I've been driving manuals since my 1992 peugeot 106 (Google it).
I had the car towed into my local dealer and they...
I've got FBO's and a TSP Stage 1 tune, after my first pull the stock clutch slipped, and just kept slipping after that. With that said, I purchased and FX400 and light weight flywheel kit from clutch masters. Gets installed Monday. Couple of questions. First, should I expect any lockout issues...

Hey fellow K-Tuner users, I'm looking for some datapoints on what basemaps won't cause the clutch to slip. I've been loving K-Tuner so far and haven't had any issues, but I've also been somewhat conservative since I'm trying to keep the stock clutch as long as possible.
For those of you running...
Mod list: FX350 w/SMF, acuity bushings and shifter upgrade, amsoil synchromesh, Sirimoto CMC and clutch line, CDV delete
So some back story... I had the classic high rpm lockout with aftermarket clutches. It wasn't terrible after I adjusted the master cylinder plus I don't drive too hard very...
