yep same thing as mine. unfortunately there's really no fix and we just decided to reset my battery again. so this is the second reset. i'll see how long it'll last then maybe for the third time i can have them change the bcu.

Update - mine stopped working again last night. Will go to my dealership this coming monday. I have done the battey reset in the past around March 2017 but then this week the body shop that fixed my car left something on in my car that drained the battery so dealership had to recharge it and...

it's so bs how they use the mass produced excuse to dismiss the issues this generation of civic has been having. we're paying our hard earned money for the freakin car. you would expect them to be top notch and not have a lousy excuse for being cheap. shake my head

They probably drove it around to check the car. I have a question, did you just suggest the engine mount fix when you told them the car issue or did they decide on it themselves? Coz I know you saw my post here before you went back to the dealership right?

Nope my mileage is around 16600 as of now. I got honda care but hopefully it wouldnt be a future problem again.

He said it was a pre mature engine mount. When I asked for more explanation all he said was "unfortunately, I wish i can tell you more but it's just a bad part"

I just straight out told my service advisor that it was too much vibration on my front passenger seat. I recorded it thru video everytime i get a chance. When im in a stoplight. Coz usually it's really bad when it's in D but idle.
