They were standard equipment on the Audi. The Jetta has rear fogs in Europe so I bought a set and retrofitted them. All oem and worked through the headlight switch just like the Audi.

I notice this all the time with the Civic. Sometimes I think the car is invisible. The rear fogs in my Audi were great for handling douchebags but they were far fewer in number than I am experiencing with the Honda. My Jetta got far more respect, but then again I had installed European market...

College Hills Honda has an excellent video on replacing the 9th Gen Civic wheel with leather, if not exact it may be similar enough. The airbag bolts are not to be reused so make sure you get replacements.

Excellent write-up. Thanks. The comparison is not apples-to-oranges as it might seem. I really do like the new Civic a lot but in Touring trim it does begin to flirt with CPO A3's & A4's. Honda's pricing does offer a Civic for everyone though so my comment is not that the car is priced too high...

I am not as confident as you are in the quality of Honda leather unless it has improved since my 06 Accord EX-L. I rarely wear denim but the driver's seat definitely showed discoloration, possibly from wearing a belt but I am not certain. It did stain and the bluish band across the seat back...

That looks fantastic! Especially the blacked out chrome grille... the look of the concept car can be achieved on the production Civic and it looks great even without the LED lights. I like the color too. And the wheels also look real good. Nice job.
