Ha! Well, very much more responsive. The change is very noticeable, but doesn't mess too much with the band... as one of the things I had asked before hand was will this change the "feel" of the engine, I mean the smoothness. And sure enough it is still smooth, but pulls harder throughout.

I too worked in/sort of still work in customer service and you are absolutely right about that. Another factor is customer service. The better the dealer/customer service treats you, the better your outlook on the vehicle. My wife owns a mini, that thing could blow up and we wouldn't care...

Well I am on my first tank with stage 2 Ktuner... but admittedly I have been a little heavy on the throttle. :D I would say my mileage has dropped down to close to 30MPG (this tank). But it is very difficult to not open it up more frequently. :/ When I am driving "normally" my mileage meter...

There is a 2016 Sedan on my street... and a few in our parking lot at work, but no other hatchbacks that I have seen.
