Long story short I played around too much with replacing/reverting to different shift knobs and now the shifter threads are kinda messed up. Every time I try to screw a new threader or old threader it is super hard and I have to use a wrench. I have the stock one on there now, but do I have any...
2017 Type R....Been getting bad second gear crunch lately. I know this is a known issue with the transmissions.
But the shifting into other gears has also felt very off, unaligned, crooked if that makes sense. Not sure what it could be. Had a raceseng shift knob, took that off and put the OEM...
Anyone know of or have any recommendations for a beginner friendly track in Arizona? I want to start taking my car to the track, but I've never been before.
Looking for some suggestions on how to find a Track, any requirements, etc. Thanks guys.
I have a Raceseng shift knob that I put in a while back, not sure if this is relevant. Recently I noticed that when I am shifting, the shifts feel off-centered especially when shifting into 3rd and there is some crunchiness when shifting into 4th. I also noticed that shifter can wiggle around a...

As of late the catch point for the clutch when getting into first seems very.....well....not there. Almost as if the clutch feels looser in a way. Few weeks ago hit a wide construction speed bump going maybe like 20mph because it was hidden. Didn't scrape anything but it was definitely an...
I have a raceseng shift knob so haven't tried with stock in a really long time, the raceseng is way heavier, but I do still get the crunch sometimes. I noticed that when you shift into second you have to try to not pull down and to the left which feels natural. If I pull straight down from 1st...
DO NOT get these tires. I installed them on OEM wheels so 245/30/20. The difference between the handling and steering is night and day. I honestly felt like I was driving on gumballs with these things on. First thing I did this morning was call to exchange them and put the continentals back on...
Yeah that is where I got them too. I think I will have to go with OEM since I am not trying to change the wheels right now. Feels bad man. Only other option might be P ZERO PZ4 SPORT or Pilot Sport 4S..
Thanks for the response...I knew tires were a big deal, but didn't realize they would make THIS much of a difference. Crazy. The continental sport contact 6 are about double the price of the Nittos. Wondering if I should just dish it out and put those back on. Can't believe the change is this big.
I got new some tires recently...decided to try the Nitto NT555 G2. Decided to go with these because I am not driving a bunch right now, wanted to get longer life, and didn't want to spend as much - but I am noticing some differences.
Compared to the OEM tires, with the Nittos on, the steering...
Need new tires and just going to stick with the stock rim. The continentals are obviously a bit pricey.
Out of the Nitto NT555, Falken FK510, or even the Ventura EVO2....which ones would you guys recommend?
I don’t do any crazy driving right now just highway.
It wasn’t trash bro my car is spotless. I was taking it home.
Still bugs me that it happened, but I used a white damp rag and a little dish soap. I checked this morning and can’t even see a trace of it so I think it was just surface level... hope it didn’t go underneath tho :(
