I've got one of these too. Picked it up from the gift shop at my Honda dealer. I was given a $50 gift certificate when I bought my Hatch, which I promptly used to buy this (as well as a few other items).

Have you tried rebooting the infotainment? Press and hold the Audio Power button until you get a prompt to reboot. If this doesn't work -- are you running the latest version of iOS 10?

iPhone 6S Plus user here with Civic Hatch EX. No issues here. Have you tried swapping out your lightning cable?

Got my Hatch mid-April and it has been raining non-stop since. Finally caught a break and had the chance to wash it yesterday. Dat CBP shine is :drool: . Of course, the local forecast shows rain tomorrow. :umbrella:
