Not only they looks good, but I think they are the perfect balance between handling, look and comfort. I find 18" a bit too big and too harsh on the bumps and potholes, while the stock 16" are a bit too "squishy" for my taste.
P215/50 R17. It's not a perfect match, but rims and tires were on a 2006 Accord before, the car broke and the rims+tire were almost like new.
Called Honda, made them check the fitment themselves and everything was allright. Car can tolerate +- 2% difference and my setup is +0.61%.
So I decided...
Finally changed the stock rims on my LX with winter tire for my summer rims + tires.
These rims were on my 2006 Accord before, very happy how well they fit on my new Hatch!
- Cleaned it.
- Removed the ugly dealer stickers on the bumpers
- Applying Aquapel on windshield
- Installing interior led's boughts from ebay
- Drove it into a snowstorm
- Being angry because it's not clean anymore...
Since you just got it a couple of days ago, it may be because the speakers haven't been burned in.
Mine sounds a lot better than before, especially when the inside of the car is warm enough (when it's cold outside -- like, -10 celsius or below -- the sound is crappy).
Also on Belair Direct, from Saguenay Canada. Same price to insure my Hatch LX than my 2006 Accord. Representative told me that it can be because they don't have much stats on the hatch, so they quote it at the average on the market. Price may rise significantly in the future though.
