I had a similar experience after getting my motor replaced by insurance due to an unfortunate hydrolocking years ago. Hit it hard as soon as I got it back and had the same poof plus no boost. Turned out to be the hose connected to the turbo inlet pipe popped off. Slid it back on, tightened...
The high rpm power is no joke, definitely a fan so far. One side effect thatās a plus for me is cruise control at 80+ is so much more relaxed. Even in map 3, thereās no more throttle surges compared to the touchy ktuner base map trying to hold speed. Canāt be a bad thing for reliability, but...
Reached out to Tein about hatchback fitment this morning:
Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance Suspension
products. At this time we do not offer EnduraPro/EnduraPro Plus shocks
for the Civic Sport Hatchback. We recently released the STREET BASIS Z

I've experienced the same swaying on that stretch of 95. I am lowered on eibach pro-kit springs with rear camber kit and everything is aligned and in spec. Just got new tires as well and the weird swaying persists. My thoughts were that the road was to blame and if not it was something to do...
Mine are the stock sport wheels 18". I've since put 20mm spacers all around. Digging the fitment and ride all around. No complaints.

Not in your exact situation, but I put the exact amp in my sport hatch. I was able to tuck it under the trunk lining next to the spare tire. Been running with it for almost a year and a half with no issues.
Paired it with:
Alpine Sps-610c 6.5" components up front and 2-way in the rear...

Not sure when it went live, but I just ordered mines!
I'm using the ESCO from Acuity. You'll also need a new boot collar if you have a sport, acuity has a real nice one.
It's easy to do. Pop a couple pieces of trim and 2 screws. Here's the install guide from Acuity (pdf)
While you're at it, you might as well get the rest of the Acuity stuff...
