I had my friend install it and wow it makes a big difference. I bought it off marketplace for $100. Disconnected the factory sub and took it out, used 8 gauge wire to route to the battery, and placed it in the foam. Clean install.

Does these civics have an oem sub like the type R? I may have made a mistake and bought it for the type R...meaning i probably had ok bass lol
