Bottom line - I got lucky. He quoted me before he realized the extra work involved and then honored that quote.
Just to pipe it...
I did not know it came with any tint. It certainly didn't seem like it, though I know it's hard to tell at 70%+. I got mine done last week, SunTek CXP, 35% back, 50% front. Both are the legal limits in VA. I didn't have the before tint measured.
Anyway, if I had known this I...
My only other prior Honda was also my first new car purchase, a 97 (I think) CRV. I believe it was the 2nd or 3rd year of the CRV. I LOVED that car. It was also the last manual I've driven. I totaled it by rear ending someone. Can't find the pix unfortunately, but I was close to tears looking at...
For what it's worth, while Waze isn't "integrated" with AA, you can get some of its benefits. What I do is open Waze on my phone before hooking it to the Civic. As long as Waze is running while you're hooked in to AA, Waze will give alerts over the speakers regarding cops or slowdowns or...
Fairfax, VA. 15th may work for me. I'll keep a lookout on this thread and try to make whatever date/location is set. Would love to get ideas from some of you guys/girls.
Here's what I have for my Samsung GS7
It works great for me. I hate having loose cords so this solves that since the dock is stationary. I pop my phone into the dock when I get in the car, use Android Auto while driving for music, maps, etc., and never have to touch the phone. I used double...
Yeah the smokes came with amber bulbs, which I didn't originally put in. But after being warned by a friend as well as a guy at the dealership who's run into trouble with his, I put the amber bulbs in today actually. I like the look. And, again, took less than 10 minutes.
Edit: Just saw your...
I got the smoke ones from the same seller, same price. Came quick. Super easy to install and they look great. So much better than the amber. Though I've been told I may fail inspection if they're not amber so i kept the old ones and will swap them back before my next inspection.
2013 Prius. Totaled in Oct when I rear-ended someone. Expensive but so happy with the change in cars...
What I miss: 47 mpg in 70% city / 30% highway driving
What I don't miss: Literally everything else
This ^^^ is what I've noticed as well. I've gotten better mpg for the most part since I turned off Econ a few weeks ago. I also drive pretty easy ... except when I need/want the power.
I had the same concern when I got my previous car, a 2013 Prius. It did take a short time to get used to, but I adjusted very quickly. Because i'm coming from that Prius, my view is somewhat skewed by that experience. That said, I have zero issue with the visibility.
