All, For what it's worth I was having a rattle, too, and it seemed to also mainly emanate from the rear, passenger side. I JUST took out the foam insert, inside the spare tire, and the rattle is gone. This was after I wrapped that entire piece in microfiber cloth. I carry a lot of gear...
