H11A bulbs are for reflector housings, H11B's are for projector housings.
No capacitor link required, HD Relay is highly recommended. Installation is fairly self explanatory, there are also videos on YouTube from The Retrofit Source on how to connect everything.
I've had mine since August, and absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Be aware though, if you decide to go with the 5500K bulbs, they will have a yellow/green tint to them until they are broken in. That's completely normal for the HID's.
You're going to want the H11B kit, 35w 5500K HID's on your civic to match the DRL's very closely. Keep in mind, you will have to have approximately 40 or so hours of running time on the bulbs to break them into a nice, solid white.

Avoid any of those eBay brands such...
Sorry for the late reply guys, but here is how I mounted my ballasts with no problems on them. Also where I connected and mounted the relay and the battery connections.
Awesome post! I'll take a few pics of where I mounted mine. Did your 6500K have a green/yellowish tint to them when you first got them? Mine did (5500K) before they were broken in

You're going to need the HD Relay and H11B bulbs. H11A is the wrong bulb and will give you a weird beam pattern and a shadow in your foreground lighting.
If you want a...
