The Canadian bulletin number is A-6-16 in case any of the Canadian service depts can't find it. Our Civic has the surging issue. Hopefully the update will fix it.
I've got tint on past leased vehicles and there's never been an issue. It wouldn't hurt to run it by the dealer though in case they have a percentage they won't accept.
If you wait until the end of the trial and call to cancel because you find it too expensive they will usually drop the rate for you. They have for me for years. I've never paid full price.
I would tend to agree that you should have had the issues documented. They may be more willing to help you when you're out of warranty if the issue has been recurring and you told the dealer about it. Good luck either way.
You would need a 15" hubcap. You can check with the dealer to see what they have. When we got ours they were around $15 each from Honda. That was quite awhile ago though.
I've used these before. They fit really tight so there's no issues with them falling off. I do find that they attract a lot of dust though. If you're looking for something to protect the fob, they will do that.
I've been using iOS 10 with an iPhone 6S and haven't seen any issues. I would suggest tryin the actual Apple cable. Some generic cables will allow the device to be charged but won't let it connect to the vehicle's system.
Can't say that I've seen that before. Could it be that they swapped a panel from your car to another matching the outside colour and not thinking about the inside? I'm guessing there is another Civic somewhere with the same issue.
The dealer should fix you up. That should be an easy one.
