  1. 2016 Civic 1.5L Turbo Surges at Highway Speeds (45–70 MPH) S.B. #16-028

The Canadian bulletin number is A-6-16 in case any of the Canadian service depts can't find it. Our Civic has the surging issue. Hopefully the update will fix it.
  2. Do these look like rock chips to you?

You could try a detailing shop to see if they can do anything for you. If it's something on the paint they'd be able to try a few things.
  3. Do these look like rock chips to you?

Carpro TarX is a good product. GooGone may work as well. Your fingernail is probably the worst product to use. ;)
  4. Do these look like rock chips to you?

Can you tell if it's on the paint or through the paint? From the picture it almost looks like tar.
  5. Rusty Part on new car?

I meant the rust was normal. Sorry. I just reread the rest of your post. Not sure what the cause of the bouncing would be.
  6. Rusty Part on new car?

It's completely normal. Here's a post talking about the exact same thing. http://www.civicx.com/threads/rusts-on-a-1-month-old-civic.6217/
  7. Tint a leased EX-L?

I've got tint on past leased vehicles and there's never been an issue. It wouldn't hurt to run it by the dealer though in case they have a percentage they won't accept.
  8. SiriusXM subscription

If you wait until the end of the trial and call to cancel because you find it too expensive they will usually drop the rate for you. They have for me for years. I've never paid full price.
  9. Question on software updates and warranty coverage....

I would tend to agree that you should have had the issues documented. They may be more willing to help you when you're out of warranty if the issue has been recurring and you told the dealer about it. Good luck either way.
  10. How to remove

I found this thread that may help. http://www.civicx.com/threads/anyone-know-how-to-remove-the-passenger-side-mirror.3832/
  11. 15" Steelies

You would need a 15" hubcap. You can check with the dealer to see what they have. When we got ours they were around $15 each from Honda. That was quite awhile ago though.
  12. Kia Optima SXL wheels

Those are a nice wheel. Like mentioned above, once you change the center caps you'll be good. Size shouldn't be an issue.
  13. Anyone use a silicone key cover?

I've used these before. They fit really tight so there's no issues with them falling off. I do find that they attract a lot of dust though. If you're looking for something to protect the fob, they will do that.
  14. 2016 Accord Coupe 18" rims

I believe the offset for the Accord wheel is 55mm. The offset for the stock Civic wheels is 45mm.
  15. NASCAR Hollywood Casino 400

Great shots. I go to the spring Dover race each year. It's an awesome experience.
  16. Severe Window Problem - need help

Also if you press the lock button once, the doors will lock...obviously, but if you press and hold a second time, the windows will open.
  17. 15" Steelies

We have some 15" steelies from our previous Civic and they fit.
  18. IOS 10 Problem

Might be worth trying the Apple cable just to troubleshoot. At least you'll know if the cable you're using is part of the problem.
  19. IOS 10 Problem

I've been using iOS 10 with an iPhone 6S and haven't seen any issues. I would suggest tryin the actual Apple cable. Some generic cables will allow the device to be charged but won't let it connect to the vehicle's system.
  20. Driver Rear Door and Passenger Rear Door Trims Different

Can't say that I've seen that before. Could it be that they swapped a panel from your car to another matching the outside colour and not thinking about the inside? I'm guessing there is another Civic somewhere with the same issue. The dealer should fix you up. That should be an easy one.
