I have Premier A/S and I LOVE them. Love them. So glad I got rid of the Firestone. I have used them in winter weather and they have done great. I haven't had any rainy days so I don't know what they are like on wet roads.

I found the Firestone tires to be the problem for me. I replaced them with Michelin Premiere and voila! My car is great now on slick roads and even icy conditions. And I get that ice is..well, it's ice but these new tires have tons more traction. So, in my opinion, it's not the car that's not...

It really wasn't his fault, you are right. However, I was 2 days without a car and it cost 140....which isn't bad at all compared to what some people have had to spend for things like this.

I did not. I almost cried. But the body shop guy was a miracle worker and the scratch, which was about 5 inches long - is absolutely gone. And of course, I still wash my car myself but I am very careful now.

Glad you posted this, I was going to ask about a beeping issue too. Although, I agree with the other posts, you car should not beep when you walk away with the fob in the car- the car would think you're in it. My issue though is that I can hear beeping from my trunk when I get in the car but...

I wash my car at the self wash because I don't want to risk anyone or anything scratching her.......I put the spray nozzle too close (apparently depth perception is not good) and accidentally scratched the paint. :(:( Immediately took her to the body shop and they fixed it while I waited. :headbang:

Mine was a harness too. A little 22.00 part. When this is fixed, your car will be perfect again. This is just a minor inconvenience - in the big picture. In 2 days this will be history. But I agree with Northern, unless you are committed to this dealer, or don't have anyone else you can go to...

The silver lining - its covered under the warranty. :)
