I had about 45 minutes of drive time in but don't remember exactly how long it took. Not very long if you do a bunch of light acceleration I've noticed. I monitor it on KTuner and when everything settles down to normal I unplug it and go on my way
My stock run I did not push it through the quarter mile and let up after it logged my 0-60. Sorry for the confusion on that time. I flashed back to stock the night before to make sure knock settled before this
I've been launching in D with revs at about 1600. From dead stop I found from previous tries that D and S were about the same. Tough to continually rip it here on the same roads over and over without someone getting suspicious, though  not many good places to make a run outside of the...
Finally flashed back to stock for a service at the dealership and did a quick 0-60 run afterwards. Ambient air temp is about 15 degrees warmer today than when I recorded my first run on Vits custom map. Tried to duplicate as best I could. Same stretch of road, same launch, wind speed and...
Yea I've already decided when it's time to replace my boots that I'm going to switch to a higher performance tire. Due for an oil change in another 1k miles, so I'll flash back to stock before I go to the dealership and post my times for comparison then.
I'm not sure which table was not available as Vit did all my tuning, but I was having a steady state throttle surge under partial throttle that made me want to headbutt nails. :banghead:
I started off with Hondata +6 PSI high octane with Injen Short Ram Intake. I then went for a custom tune because I found myself wanting more. At the time, there was a problem with Hondata software on my car that couldn't be tuned out because the advanced tables to do so were not yet available...
Pretty simple to use if you are any form of tech savvy. It's not really as simple as flipping a switch to go from stock to a basemap or vice versa. Takes about 5 minutes to flash your ECU and the car has to be off and in accessory mode. You can return to stock at any time the same way. If you...
It all depends how you drive and weather conditions. I find the biggest factor for me, since I log a bit of highway mileage, is actually wind speed and direction. Last 3 fill ups were around 38 combined, after 360 miles on my current tanks I'm over 40
Has anyone figured this out?! I would LOVE to be able to view the backup camera without having to be in reverse. I use the side camera a lot, especially when driving on the highway in congestion, but the backup camera would help me see the left side of the car without having to virtually turn...
Yes, Bluetooth OBDII adapter to connect with phone. You need to set up your vehicle profile on Torque, but it's not too difficult. Got my adapter on Amazon for 13 bucks
Maybe not the most accurate, but I recorded this with Torque Pro. Custom tune by Vit on KTuner with a CVT. Slightly into the wind or my 1/4 might have been a couple tenths quicker. I also can't figure out the best way to launch without getting some tire spin
