Maintenance Minder triggers every 30k miles or so, which is about every 3rd oil change. If you are driving in more severe conditions like mountains then every 25k is recommended, which is about every other oil change.

I'd just do a drain and fill - give or take 4 qts. I will save the flush until perhaps 150k (if ever). As for the brand, I used Honda's but will likely use AMSOIL next time. I wouldn't use anything else personally.

The filler plug is just pulled straight up. It is a little stiff to tug on at first but it comes out easily with a slight rocking motion.

Assuming the bolt patterns are identical you should be fine. The tire would stick out a little less than a 1/4 inch further than stock. That minor difference wouldn't likely lead to any adverse handling or wear.
