The one I ended up ordering fits *perfectly* in the deep cupholder. I put a couple rubber bands at the bottom to help it fit more snugly.

Another data point: Was just at my local dealer with my clean, stock CW '20 with 6,800 miles and they offered me $45k, and thought they might be able to get a little bit more. I paid a little less than that a year ago from a different local Honda dealer with only 400 miles on it (dealer demo)...
Check KBB instant cash offer. I did the usual Carvana, Shift, etc. a few weeks ago for my '20 w/6k and got $38-40k from them. Did KBB instant cash offer and got $44,086, and even had a local dealer who was referred by KBB call me ready to do the deal.
My '20 only has 5,700 miles on it, but I just cleaned it yesterday for the first time with this and a brush and it looks like new (was getting kinda dirty and matted at 9 and 3):

Cleaning was easy and thorough enough that I actually changed the...
Did a little damage to my stock lower center grille (front plate is mounted to it) so need a replacement shipped to 95035. Anyone have a clean stock one?
It's a great trans for the most part, best FWD trans I've tried. I'm 38 and have only owned manuals my whole life. But none of them have resisted going into 4th like this. Occasionally my Integra would do it into 1st but that car had a lot more miles on it.
I'll try the GM fluid when I get a...
Thanks all. I will plan to swap in some GM Synchromesh. I remember reading about this way back 20yrs ago when I had an Integra. Funny that it's still the go-to over Honda MTF.
Haha, fair question.
Yeah it's weird, the other gears are fine, just tight and requires a firm shove oftentimes into...
Did you also use GM Synchromesh like others here? Guessing a dealer will refuse to use anything other than Honda MTF... would using GM Synchromesh void the warranty (at least on the transmission)?
Weird, I had heard of this problem (and also read about it in Car & Driver's long-term CTR test, although for them it was 1st gear and at the end of their 40k miles) - I was actually thinking of buying someone's 2020 from this board before and he mentioned the same problem. I thought it was...
At 4,700 miles on my 2020, I still have the typical shifting issue where it's hard to get into 4th gear 30-40% of the time (all other gears are fine - it's always been 4th). At what mileage does this typically get better? It doesn't seem like it's improved over all those miles.
I've read that...
Let me know if you have any questions about the E90. I had an E90 M3 MT for exactly four years, and have now had my CTR for 2 months. Both have their strengths and weaknesses of course, but both are great!
Was just about to post this. What's this 1,000 miles thing? Y'all waited like two gas tanks longer than you had to.
Just hit 600 today and gunned it. Didn't disappoint.
Just ordered this one: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B083Q617SY
Took some measurements and it seems like anything that will fit in the upper cupholders without getting in the way of where my arm naturally sits would have to be quite small (16oz or less). So I'll reserve those for coffee and other...
Just got my CTR and love it so far!! Still breaking it in (demo w/400mi on it) but should be good to light it up by the end of the week!
One of my most burning questions is a very mundane one - what water bottles are you using that fit well in the cupholders without getting in the way of...
Okay, it's exciting and all, but I think you're getting carried away. This is not exactly uncommon in this unprecedented market. I saw a '22 Civic LX (base) on CarMax with 10k miles already (somehow) asking $28k. MSRP was $22k. Also remember that most CTRs sold for over MSRP in the first place.
I currently have a 2007 Elise and am having my '20 CTR delivered next week. We'll see how it stacks up!
I love my Elise, it's a keeper, but with that said I tend to like do-it-all cars like my past E39 M5, E90 M3 manual, and first car, a modded Integra that did everything from dominate...
