  2. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

Haven't done much to the Civic as life priorities have shifted over the past few months. I finally had some time to devote over the last couple of weeks. A few weeks ago I installed the Suma Performance side mirrors. It was a super easy install, and while it took awhile to adjust to the driver's...

  9. TSP or Phearable?

This review has me wishing I had gone Phearable instead of TSP. The things you mention (softer throttle, low speed jerkiness) bug me about TSP. Might have to bite the bullet in the spring and try out Phearable.
  10. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

I sent a sample of the used oil from the October 28 change off to Blackstone. I don't recall exactly how many miles were on it (I think ~3,000 based on the CARFAX the dealer gave me), and I assume it was Honda 0w-20. Blackstone was a little concerned about fuel dilution, but everything else...
  11. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

So far the headlight overlays have held up well. In retrospect I should have waited to put them on when the bumper was off. It would have made the process slightly easier. We'll see how all of the overlays look after winter. They're fairly cheap ways to keep the lenses from getting...
  12. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

I've gotten about 250 miles on all of the mods from last weekend so far and have some additional feedback worth sharing: I've pulled a handful of KTuner logs and everything looks pretty good - STFT tends to bounce from -2 to 3 driving normally, and that means my LTFT has been 0-3 consistently...
  13. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

LASFIT LED turn signals and brake lights went in last night. I originally didn't plan to swap to LEDs due to needing an additional resistor. But, I was scanning YouTube and found ChrisTimeFK7's channel where he used these particular LEDs with no issue. Ordered from Amazon Saturday night and they...
  14. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

I was able to snap a good picture of the DDM Tuning LEDs, the TECHMAX LED fogs, the Lamin-X overlays and the Unity Performance side markers this morning. Nice looking combo!
  15. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

Thanks. Unity has been great to work with. Along with TSP they are responsible for a good chunk of the important parts of the build. The CTR shifter setup with the full Acuity kit feels amazing.
  16. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

They were taking pre-orders a while ago (and looks like they may still be). I had to wait about a month for mine to ship. Really simple install and they look great.
  17. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

I think (but am not certain since I had removed the whole under tray) you might be able to just remove the aluminum skid plate and take just the front driver corner of the under tray loose. Steps 11 and 12 of the intake installation are going to be the problematic spots if the under tray is...
  18. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

Busy couple of days. I took Friday off of work to get a lot of car items off the to do list. I've put about 18 hours worth of work into the car since last Wednesday, with the majority coming Friday (10 hours). Laundry list of things accomplished since Wednesday, mostly in order: Installed NGK...
  19. (1.5T) Solid results from MSD Blaster Ignition Coils

I installed these tonight alongside some NGK Ruthenium plugs. I am keeping the stock coils in the car for the moment, but will report back if I have any issues. Very quick install and they look great in the engine bay.
  20. My 2019 Sport Hatchback Build

There are worse ways to spend $5.99... Not that anyone but myself ever fills the tank, but now it at least looks the part.
