The factory doesn't close until July '21 so I'd expect plenty more '21s to be coming to the US. This looks like one month's shipments to me. Much needed. Inventory has been a mess since Apr/May.

I did the same thing. Inventory here in SoCal is super low. Quotes on what little inventory is here are going up, not down. Hopefully inventory will come back with the '21 starting in Nov/Dec, but not expecting any miracles. Out of state looks like the only realistic option. Unreal.

The engines are already made here before they're shipped to the UK. Most Hondas sold in N.A. are already made in N.A. so I wouldn't stress it. Honda quality in U.S. vs UK? Toss-up to me. The days of Hondas all being made in Japan passed decades ago.
