Every mirror i came across - new or used - came with wires. Just plain ol' wires. The Gentex mirrors look pretty easy to open if you need to supply your own. I used an add-a-fuse to piggyback to my fuel pump fuse, as my subwoofer is already connected to the Accessory fuse.

Nope. Ballasts, relay, bulbs. Be prepared to lower your lamps. I had to give mine 3 full turns (counter clockwise) to get the beam level. You'll love 'em. I was hesitant to spend so much money, but it's been worth it.
