Did you go to your insurance approved vendor? If so go back, it’s their responsibility. Speedy glass told me they couldn’t fix it because it was “tricky” I had to go to work, they tried all day, no labour cost, and finally got it to work.

IOS 12.4 I did try this, but it didn't work, first thing I did was change the cable, then rebooted the system, and finally my phone, I called HONDA and my dealer said they don't really have support for it, since is a third party service ... so we will find out what happens.

Two year’s ago we got hit by someone at my works parking lot. That is considered private property, the cops didn’t really do much, I had to file a claim with my insurance, and my premium went up lol. You’re lucky the lady had insurance for you to put the claim with.

The pen should be enough! Someone hit my car with their door, and it left a square chip, I used the pen and it hid it pretty nicely, yours looks like a cosmetic scratch, so it should be like new!!!
