Did you mean to choose two championship white CTRs on white wheels haha? Pretty cool seeing Michael's car on the bottom pic as I have had his old wheels on my car for the past three years. I think that makes my choice obvious. 5 spoke gang all day.
Agreed. Buying from places like Bulletproof and Evasive don’t leave me dealing with situations like this. I’d also wager that those lights are reps of the J’s racing sequential headlights. I would rather keep the OEM gear on or splurge on the real deal, which also means having a much better...
I'll ballpark 50k just for the memes.
Custom axles, transmission, mounts, driveshaft, transfer case, differentials, subframe, etc and that's just for the drivetrain. Making a 10 sec EXT coupe out of that L15? Ouch.
This question is perfect for your username lol. Sell the EXT coupe, get a Si...
You'll find out 100% of what's going on in your car before anything goes wrong, whether glycol counts are high indicating a coolant leak or metal particulate counts indicating you're having cylinder wear (iron/steel) or bearing wear (copper, tin, softer metals), and viscosity values to look at...
What do you mean by not adjusting anything? Height, camber, fender work?
If you're stock height it's likely/possibly depending on the tire brand/model you mount on the wheels. You're gonna have a ton of poke with that setup. I quoted an old post above about my experience test fitting some Advan...
I wouldn’t get any of those options, and haven’t seen any user here use them or consider them. It seems like for not much more money, you can buy a very nice coilover suspension or, for 1/3 of the price of the adjustable spring sleeves, just go with any of the regular progressive spring out...
I think that the LP fuel pump is really only to feed the HPFP so you may not need a code? When I went XDI HPFP there was a code to enter under the HPFP control tab. Are you on the stock HPFP or upgraded?
Titan7 is a ton cheaper so if you're on the track and you bend a wheel it doesn't hurt the wallet as much. A set of 18x9.5" TS5's are ~$2100 and a set of TE37 SL or Advan GT are between $3500-4000.
But the most important thing is the JDM CLOUT you get at meets/social media :spaz:
Fellow 704er here - 74 through Lake Lure is phenomenal and has a nice set of curves and turns to hit. LL police however love to hang out and wait for people to tear up those roads haha. Lake Santeelah is also a nice drive just a bit south of Fontana.
I think a 40 series with those springs on 19"s will rub. The user below has their setup with the RSR on 18"s and had to do some fender work and likely add some camber plates for the front and rear arms. It's a really low spring.
If you want 200tw tires think a 255/30 or a 265/30 for your 19"...
Here's another few people who are familiar with Motec -

The first two are forum members, but I'm not sure how active Taylor is on here anymore. Tom is more active. Ben Salasko is a well known Motec tuner and authorized vendor. I'm sure they'd be...
EPR has rep wings for sale that are FRP and carbon that should fit your budget. I’ve seen their hoods and they look great as an alternative to Varis/J’s Racing.
I'm a CTR owner so I think its a bit different for us, however, It really isn't bad or difficult cutting fenders.
Also gotta include the FL FK8 fitment legend -SLEEP @Fksleep.
That's fine. I'll remove it. At least I'm bringing something to the table however. @that_1redcivic I f with tay's stupid low Model 3 a lot. I'm not in the stance game anymore but it is nostalgic and I'm still a fan of it.
Here is a post where a forum user talks about their experience with the...
OP do you have photos of the current fitment? You said you have an air ride setup, or that's my interpretation of your post, so can you elaborate on that?
I'll go ahead and be the anti-boomer voice in the forum for fitment since we have a lot of people that just recommend the same cookie cutter...
If you’re including installation costs in the spare $2,000 that will make the fun money go quick :/ . There’s nothing wrong with a nice drop on springs with stock wheels until you can get aftermarket wheels and tires on. The last $1,000 could get you close to a used set on the classifieds page...
