I was driving tonight and I got a warning notice that the radar was obstructed so LKA,ACC and CMS won’t work. I figured it’s from the heavy rain we’ve been having the past two days. But now the brake system light is on too. Not making too much sense as the car was serviced recently and the brake...
Swapped back to my summer wheel set up and threw on the Eibach pro kit i got during the winter. Wheel specs are 18x8.5 +33 and i somehow don't rub after lowering an inch. Also added a Borla S type and fp/dp while i was at it. Thinking of getting the 1 phearable 1.5R or the phearable god mode...
Thanks for the reply, and yea I am worried about rubbing cause of the offset, I’m not looking to go aggressive just a subtle drop to get rid of the stock gap. I figured a camber kit would reduce the chance of rubbing, and do you what springs that are best for a 1 inch drop?
So my current set up is 18x8.5 +33 on 235/40/18 tires, I’m on stock height still but I’m looking for the best lowering springs that won’t slam it. Instead drop it an inch to inch and half. Also since my wheels poke a little will I need to get camber arms as well?
Also feel free to drops pics of...
It feels like it’s just one tire and it’s been about a week since I got them put on so I afraid it’s too late to return them also the tires are nexen nferra au7
My street got paved very recently so it’s pretty smooth and I think I found the issue my back right tire only has 3 weights on while other side has 5. I think they just messed up balancing it
They actually have some solid reviews on tire pros and YouTube, and they are pretty grippy and good with braking and going over 90 imo,
they are pretty good in the rain, I drive them yesterday in some mildly heavy rain and they handle well and as of snow we will have to see but I plan on...
So yesterday I got a new set of tires to go with my new wheels. The tires are nexen n’ferra au7 235/40ZR18 95W. I had them professionally installed and balanced. These tires were rated a 10/10 on quietness but they are loud above 40mph and make a howling noise and are louder than the oem tires...
So I recently installed 18x8.5+33 offset, I want to drop it a little no more than an inch drop. Will I have any issues rubbing with +33 offset? And what springs should I go with.
