I just used a 3/8ā square drive for the filler bolt. Also my biggest breaker bar and a mallet for āimpactā. Maybe try a couple extensions to find one that fits best, due to tolerances.
To avoid removing the filler bolt, I donāt see why you couldnāt fill in from the check bolt hole. But it would...
I believe this was the shortest ramp I could buy from RaceRamps that my Civic Sport Hatch would clear (stock height).

A little pricey, but Iāve heard of cheaper brands failing, so I gladly splurged for the peace of mind.
Just because you double cooked your burger and did not get food poisoning doesnāt prove that single cooking your burger is somehow more risky.
Letās just agree that this statement doesnāt imply anything other than ādouble cooking a burger doesnāt make it any more likely to give you food...
It was a great time. Iām already looking forward to next year. For being 4 hours away from me, I canāt miss it. Great people, and beautiful location deep in the mountains.
It was my first time at ToD, so that was hectic. Iām glad I did the newbie run. Being part of a pack for a clean run was an...
Iām actually going to change my oil next week so it being reset to 100% a few days ago will probably be within 10% of what it actually is and Iāll just change it per usual after that.
Thatās what I was thinking - that they reset my oil change task and maybe also tire rotation and air filters tasks at worst. Which is fine.
Yes to what? That they just reset all due items?
Iāll have to find you forum peeps tomorrow after the runs (and Iām running in the slow group). I walked up to the meet-and-greet tonight and realized I didnāt know what anyone looked like (duh, casper). If you see a neon-green/yellow jacket wearing dude thatās me haha.
I do, and I actually have a spreadsheet of all my maintenance too, it just frustrates me that the MM could be garbage until I cycle through the maintenance tasks again. Iām also trying to make sure the less frequent maintenance tasks (like the first coolant flush), hadnāt been reset.
My dealership managed to reset my MM during a state inspection. Whatever. I just have a few questions nowā¦
1. Can anyone tell from my attached pictures if only my āoil lifeā was reset or āall due itemsā? I suspect itās the latter, but I hope it isnāt š¢
2. Can anyone confirm that their screen...
@ez12a has a video on it - he states at least 3 small bottles and each bottle is 354 mL. For brakes only. With clutch probably wouldnāt take much more, since that system flushes really quick.
Just curious what those symptoms are? Iām in the same boat as you, my FK7 is my first manual car and itās hard to tell whatās āabnormalā versus ānature of the beastā š¤
The shown flare-nut wrench or the box-end of a combination wrench will work. You want to use the correct size and something that wonāt accidentally slip off and round the bolt. You probably canāt use a socket because the bleeder nipple pokes out some amount. Or if you were bleeding the brakes...
I think Honda recommends at least annual oil changes. Itās been about 4 months so about 30% down in the oil life sounds about right. The MM uses mileage and time to calculate the oil life.
