I’m actually going to change my oil next week so it being reset to 100% a few days ago will probably be within 10% of what it actually is and I’ll just change it per usual after that.

I think Honda recommends at least annual oil changes. It’s been about 4 months so about 30% down in the oil life sounds about right. The MM uses mileage and time to calculate the oil life.
