I have a Touring, and to turn off the DRLs, you simply turn the lights completely off. If the light switch is in auto or anything else, the DRLs are on. If the light switch is off, the DRLs are off.
Touring, hands down. I replaced my Lexus CT200h specifically to get Honda Sensing. The Civic Touring was the lowest point of entry for Sensing. I commute 220 miles a day, and it really helps make the drive easier.
All bulbs necessary to do the whole interior, including the visor lights: http://www.ebay.com/itm/172099808098?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

I think one of the drawbacks to the CR-Z was gas mileage in the mid-30s for a hybrid power train with poor power. It's a shame they're killing it off instead of dropping in the 1.5L turbo. That would be an awesome ride!
