Did u clean out all the old brake fluid? It may appear that it is still leaking. Usually OEM mastercylinders don't fail. I've seen the aftermarket ones fail more

No issue. It was just some overflowing brake fluid from the last brake job I did. If u wanna be certain, take the hose that goes into the brake booster, use a large zip tie that will reach the bottom and see if there is fluid
