hello all.
I got the 1.5t CVT model last February. and 5 days ago, I took the car for a road trip first time.
after driving around 3 hours I took a break for around 40 min.
When I hit back to road, maybe 5 min later, I got the yellow oil level low indicator.
I stopped the car and waited for...
I had a similar issue with my 03 Si. on a highway some truck lifted a piece of rock or some sort of construction material and it hit my radiator.
I never saw a leak but after almost year later, honda dealer realized a burnt coolant smell from the engine bay and they found a leak. there were...
how long it took to empty the coolant after Honda filled it up? if it is just a day, you would have a apparent leak. if it took a month. there might be tiny crack that would be harder to spot. since it is still hot outside, you can use distilled water, instead of paying for the coolant until...
I use Uni-T for basic connectivity tests. nothing special and it is cheap Chinese brand.
if you want quality stuff, I would say Fluke is one of the well known and respectable brand. I work in an electronics industry probably 80% of the customers are using Fluke. might be pricy but you would have...
my brother is looking for a new car in NJ area as well. He was interested in new Elantra N line and dealers were asking %15 of the sticker price as a markup. then he found one dealer in Queens and they were not charging mark up. I guess the best way to do it is calling dealers in the neighboring...
If you will have a engine problem, even it is not directly related to the intake, they can easily blame the aftermarket non Honda part and not cover under warranty.
These companies do not even cover for their own mistake until a big legal case comes up.
let alone the after market part on the...
we would like to have a cold air to feed the engine. so CAI is better than SRI. but does it make a difference, I dont think so. maybe if you built a hardcore full setup engine.
I put AEM CAI on my 2003 EP3 si. Sound was awesome but performance wise, it doesn't do anything.
and I think with...
this is something I`m considering as well. I`m currently driving the car in short distances in the city but I have plan to do Euro Trip with my civic once the covid settles down.
if we put or can we put full spare? and how is the trunk floor will be? is it going to be flat?
wheels and tires are the only thing that touches to the ground. I wouldn't get replica or cheap stuff on a critical parts like wheels or suspension system.
always go OEM or well known brands that produces parts with R&D
S2000 become a collectors car. good condition or restored ones' value will only increase. no manufacturer will be building similar kind of a setup anymore.
Yeah, I thought I checked the forum and couldn't see it. and I saw couple posts about intro on here, I opened the threat.
I should've check better. If mods can delete it. I can write this as a post.
they have changed a lot, but I wish I would say the same for the build quality.
EP3 was not the perfect one but, seat fabric was so much better, it was 8 years old car by the time I got and it has lot less trim noise than a 2018 civic.
but Im loving the driving experience on Hatches.
I just got a 2018 model hatch with just 10K miles on it. oh man, you should see the scrathes, rock chips. you name it.
since I have a kid and we will use stroller and car seat. l`ll probably damage more. you can try to get clear coat, but they are expensive, I wonder it is worth on an economy car.
hey guys, Im writing to the year old post, I just got a 2018 civic Hb sport.
carpeted liners are only on the rears right? front fenders are not carpeted? just little bit odd to me so I want to check with others
Hello all,
after a long break I return to Honda.
I had 2003 EP3 Si, when I was living back in the States. it was lowered with Tein Coilovers and I put AEM CAI, also got EBC Green stuff brakes. I loved the car, it was perfect all a rounder for a student.
After collage I return to Turkey, drove...
