Stock car, no track days, spirited driving on occasion?
Stick with the 20" wheels. There's options out there that are comparable to the OEM Conti's. Yokohama, Kuhmo come to mind and are half the price as Miche's
Hit a nasty pothole last night and just need to get the car home. If anyone in San Diego has an OEM wheel I can borrow for an hour I can compensate for their time and effort.
Thanks.
I saw the FL5 in person at a dealership while I was picking up a few maintenance items today.
I was coincidentally in my FK8 and one of the salesman said I needed to āupgradeā to the FL5. I just laughed and told him to use that $25K markup for better jokes.
Seriously. One guy spewing off something about an In N Worker making $20/hr affording a $45K car.
I guess Iām poor because I donāt want to pay $60K for a dealer marked up FL5.
I went from a 21ā CTR to a 20ā Si then quickly back to my now 19ā CTR.
Better performance, comfier seats, same shitty infotainment system. Feel a 100x more confident on track with my CTR.
Maintenance is more but thatās with any high performance car.
I personally like and kept the OEM 20ā...
