This entire thread is silly. Regardless of CPO BMWs or not. Your experience, while I value it as your experience and is completely valid, is simply not the experience of the majority of us. I have to wonder if there aren't similar threads on the BMW 328i forums that rival this one because of...
I send an email to the salesperson coated with sugar about the car and the salesperson and everyone that helped me in buying the car, and then mention that I'm very disappointed with this aspect of the car that shouldn't be a concern with someone who purchased a brand new car, not matter the...
This is the one my Honda Dealer sells for the same price and offers a 20% discount on accessories if you bought your vehicle from them. I bought it last week and I like it for the heat and sun protection, as I believe it helps as much as it can, as long as you're not expecting to sit in a cool...
Well I'm happy to see that your vehicle is back to normal!
I don't think this is correct. The lessee is responsible for the condition of the vehicle upon returning it, and it has been repaired to the original state. The residual value is pre-determined by Honda Finance and that (about 58% or so...
Does yours have another extra USB port at the bottom in front of the lower seated cupholder? That's where our extra USB port is located, I much prefer the location at the back of the console where yours is, seems much more practical and easier to get to.
I don't have this, but it looks to me like in order to use it you have to swap out the removable OEM dual cup holder for this. But I'm not sure, I haven't pulled the trigger on this yet.
Obviously I don't know how hard these vehicles were struck, but does it worry anyone else just how much damage was done for being rear ended? I think one guy said $6600 in damage? Man that's a lot of damage!
I'm thinking of getting a huge condom to put around my entire car!
I found a good way to get a quote over email is to say you got another quote from another dealer in the area for $xxxxx, and just use one of the numbers here, or take dealer invoice and knock it down to what you want. Ask if they can meet or beat it.
I have had mine for literally 35 days now and I can say I have had no issues whatsoever except for the subwoofer rattle in my Touring model. And when it's hot out it is no problem. I have yet to take it to my dealer so they can pad that down, which will hopefully fix it.
Otherwise I too was...
Which 3M body mounting tape did you get if you don't mind me asking? My passenger side one keeps falling off, probably because of the heat like you said. I imagine i'd be able to wash off any tape glue at the end of the lease if I needed to. I love these lights! Such a great addition!
Man I wish I had the knowledge and patience to do the things you and CosmicTouring have done to your cars, it really makes them look subtly gorgeous. I'll just have to admire them from here though...also, being my first lease, I'm unsure of what I'm allowed to change. I'd copy both of you if I...
I'm sorry, I thought we got the same kit. Mine came in a black box from ebay and it said 2016 Honda Civic LED light kit or something like that. This was the link I got them from, maybe different from yours...
I had this same issue, and I contacted them. I believe the pictured bulbs are for the rear dome and trunk light. The other 4 are 2 for the front dome lights and 2 for the reverse lights. I think that's how it was explained to me. I didn't use the reverse lights so I can't verify that part, but...
Great tint! Where did you go? I'm in Philly area too, but I'm scared to tint because of the laws here. Have you had tinted windows before? Do you ever get stopped?
Thanks for the great information!
My local tint shop has Huber Optik Ceramic that they claim has 99.9% UV rejection and 75% heat rejection, and the 3M crystalline claims has 97% infrared heat and UV rejection guaranteed not to turn purple or fade. They have other options as well that I'm...
These were very easy to put on, thanks for the link! I chose the Honda logo and I think it looks really nice! The only thing I'm thinking of doing is painting the magnet black or covering it with electrical tape so it doesn't stand out so much when the door is open. Otherwise what an easy...
Is there a how-to installation for dummies (and I mean DUMMIES) for this install? I am worried about getting the originals off and having to shave off the new one to get them to fit like is posted here.
Edit: By the way, I'm the dummy, not suggesting anyone else is!
