I'll give it a try. Just tried with the advanced pin and then a reboot but no luck. I'll try the disable without unplugging and a reboot next, see what happens.
Good idea, didn't consider that. It's a '17 but I bought it used from a dealer this summer. Maybe they changed some things around. Thanks! I'll update if anything works.

Thanks for the advice! I'll make sure it's nice and snug in there and try rebooting my HU as well. I only have 1 phone in there right now, so that shouldn't be an issue!
I have followed the directions online and it is blinking green and I still am unable to connect. It doesn't show up on my phone either. Is there a chance it's an issue with the unit's bluetooth hardware? I doubt it's my car's issue as I am able to use bluetooth with my phone.
