There is no way to depress them by hand unless you're Superman. I would reach out to them, since they are a company that does this all day long. Ours aren't even depressible by hand (maybe I'm just weak?).

Yes, it was the AC Compressor. I replaced it and the noise is gone. After further inspection of the two removed side by side, it doesn’t seem to have anything wrong externally. So my guess is something internally is faulty.

I changed both transmission mounts and engine mounts to no avail. Inspected the T-Bone Mount and it looked good.

My problem was this: my control arm was bent since the vehicle was in an accident. When I replaced the control arm, there is a small rubber washer that I was missing so the control arm had play in it when slowing down or speeding up at low speeds.
