Well, my 2019 is worth $2k more than I paid for it, so I am trading mine in for a Mustang convertible. I really like my Si, but the Mustang is way more fun.
Agree that the handling is what really makes the Si shine. But...Rattles? What rattles? My '19 is silent. I put a spare tire in mine, and really doesn't take up that much space in the trunk.
I wanted a manual Hatch Sport, but none were in the area. Wanted to order one and was told no. Ok, went to a fifth dealer and they had the Si for less than the others wanted for a Hatch. End of looking, real happy with the Si.
Well, if worse comes to worse, do graphics. They don't have to be made for a coupe. You can always cut and alter them so you have something unique to you.
Yeah, I made the mistake of taking my CR-V to the dealer for an oil change, and made a further mistake of not looking under afterwards. They took off and kept the aero pan underneath. Now of, course after doing my own change, they claim I can't prove they left it off or took it. Wonder how...
Problem with Roadside Assist: Over an hour wait for anything. 117 degrees here when I needed them. Fortunately I was not out in the desert and found an office to wait in.
Dealer gave me a new battery on a Si that is only a year old. Had to wait an hour for the jump guy to show up. (115 degrees outside ) My '16 CR-V went through Honda batteries every year. After 2 long waits for a jumps, I got rid of the Honda batteries and bought a new one at O'Reilly's...
Those CVT's are terrible, for both performance and mileage. My '16 Civic coupe was a dog with a CVT, and my '19 Si gets better mileage. We have a '13 CR V with the older regular auto, and a '16 with CVT. The '13 will run circles around it, and gets the same MPG. Dealer says that is normal.
