I bought the HKS Legamax and had the idea to eliminate the drone using the AWE midpipe. But then I got the information that this midpipe wouldn't fit. So I saw no other choice than to go back to the original exhaust.
Furthermore here in decomposed Germany we have stupid "exhaust laws" that...
I sold the HKS and went back to original widening the narrow points.
Didn't feel any power decrease but the drone is gone now.
What a bummer because the HKS was really nice but the drone for me intolerable.
I have the HKS Legamax with a modified downpipe. There is way too much drone, especially if you drive on highways.
So I will try to add the AWE Dualphase Midpipe Conversion (Helmholtz technolgoy) to eliminate the drone frequency.
My HKS Legamax has a really annoying drone.
So I thought to add the AWE Dualphase Midpipe (180° technology).
Has anyone here tried something similar with success to eliminate the drone?
Thanks for your feedback!
Has it been discussed already to remove the air-con? The LE shouldn't have any overheating issues.
And I've just learned today from a guy that tunes and tracks CTRs that removing the air-con solves the overheating problem "sustainably".
no no, it's just the foto angle and this curve at the Nurburgring:

And vice versa, the big (normal) wing is mountable on the CTR european CTR with the small wing? Obviously the small one has to disappear. I haven't seen bing-wing holes ...
