NEED HELP !! Can any body tell me what causes this indicator to turn on ?? Car isn’t reading specific gear, indicator just flashing PRND all at once. Car won’t drive. Is this a sensor or what ??

It has been in an accident which resulted in the old harness and ecm being destroyed. So I replaced both, after i did that I noticed the problem.

I changed the engine wire harness already

It is showing other lights like check engine, tpms, abs. But thanks I’ll check him.
