I simply just always downshift before it drops below 2k rpm. If it gets below 2k, I just manually blip it myself since you can obviously hear when the car didn't rev match.

Don't know how it is in Costa Rica with your warranty terms, but transmission/gearbox issues should be covered under warranty in general. Is there a Honda office in Costa Rica? You should bring up to them that your dealer is refusing warranty claims.
The renault megane trim that holds the record had barely any production models made and they took out the back seats among other things. It's kinda like the LE but twice as raw in the way they did the weight savings.
Disagree with this, only reason I can see why anyone would disable it is for heel-and-toe preference. If you mean you want to learn heel-and-toe, then I don't think that should be a focus for you anytime soon.
The car also has a built in GPS history, it was posted here some days ago. Instructions are on the manual as well. You can use this to check if they have driven the car.
This isn't exactly true (disregarding the fact that the car at stock will usually go into limp mode on the track after a while). When building the FK8, Honda wanted it to be more versatile for daily driving compared to older models. They mention it here...
