    I used tape on the wire shield and Zipties to keep the wires from moving. Nothing on the ballast! Dont want it to light on fire, specially on a hot day!

    Resistors, but Ive seen alot of bad things with those. There are lights with shields on top of the resistor but thats it. Ive tried many things and just settled on the Mugen tail lights. Sequential and LED.
