Are you sure OEM 16" alloys are 29 lb. Because touring 18" OEM are 29lbs. Wheel plus tire are 52lb. I am using Enkei Draco - (Custom Made for Honda) 17x7.5 ET 45 (Silver) with Blizzak WS90 225/50R17 Tires. For a white car, you could use the same wheel that is available in black.

Hey, I think, L (low) shift is good to start but not good at high speed. Look at it as a tall first gear. Ideally useful for a high load condition like going uphill will full load in the car. That's when you would want to keep it at L.

Would work on wheels with offset same as OEM wheels. For 18x8 wheels that is 50 mm. If your wheels are 18x7.5, 50 to 45 offset should work with this tire size (50 still being ideal). I would not go less than 45 offset with this size tire to avoid rubbing.
