  1. Several Warning lights

I had all these same warnings today immediately after replacing with a brand new battery. Turned the car off, and they've all gone away for now. Hopefully it was just because the car lost power while replacing the battery
  2. Trickle Charger

Yes, here we call it Comprehensive and by keeping that in place, the state does not get notified that insurance has "lapsed." It's all a game.
  3. Trickle Charger

Mine has been in winter storage since October. Friend stopped by to check on it. 84 days in, she started right up. No trickle charger or disconnecting battery. One thing to think of - check to see if your insurance will let you put it into "storage" mode. You may be able to save on Liability and...
  4. Fuel pump recall

My 19 Si Coupe made the list.
  5. Cracked fog light cover

Lamin-X are good, but not perfect. Even with them installed on both the Si and my CR-Z, I still have a broken fog light cover on both vehicles. Plus, they show burn marks if the fog lights are left on for a long period of time. The bulbs are too hot for the plastic overlays.
  6. Ever wonder what happened to your old car?

I never saw my car in the 15 months we didn't own it, and given the regret felt over turning it in, I think it would've killed me to see it as well. I paid far too much to buy it back, but we're loving having it back - had forgotten how fun it was to kick around in! Love the shark teeth on...
  7. Ever wonder what happened to your old car?

I actually wondered about my old CR-Z. Knew it was sold in New Orleans two months after I turned it in Feb 2022. Fast forward to May 2023, I found it for sale at a Honda Dealer about an hour from New Orleans. Only had 7K miles put on it during that time. Had always missed the car, so I went and...
  8. Louisiana 10th Gens!

Lafayette area here! (but pic taken when in Texas Hill Country)
  9. Window seals

Just had to do them on my 2011 CR-Z. Looked identical to your pics. Southern sun in Texas and Louisiana got 'em! Probably would've had to do them sooner if the car wasn't garaged.
  10. new tires

I just got rid of the Goodyear Eagle Sports that were on my 2019 with 45K on them. Picked up a nail on I-10 near the LA/TX Border. Tire couldn't be plugged/patched due to location (right on edge of tire) and tire shop didn't have replacement size available. Limped home to Lafayette, stopping...
  11. What's your SI's name?

The Tennis Ball (as in, "I saw you bounce by me....)

Found the center caps online last week and they arrived today. Turns out Honda Parts Now is in San Antonio, about 40 miles from the house. Still debating about the red lip for the front end.

I love the red center wheel caps - can you point me in the right direction?

She always looks so good after a bath! I’ve had her nearly six months and still have yet to see another on the road, and I’ve taken her from Texas to South Carolina. Definitely a head turner, though!

Thanks!! Your car is the reason I got the red badges for mine! They arrive Friday.
  17. Official TONIC YELLOW PEARL Civic Thread

Just joined the elusive TYP family when I found a great deal on one that only had 12,000 miles on it. Have already had tinting installed - a necessity in central Texas! I've got red badges and a sunroof deflector ordered, as well as a bra for when I take her on cross country trips.
