Could be the hangers too. That's why I purchased new hangers with my AWE Track exhaust on the Type-R. It's still brand new, but there's no rattles at all in the cabin. Car sounds really good now.

Lol. Good luck with the car. Washing the Type-R takes me 2-3 hours since I use 3 bucket method, foam cannon, blow dry off and apply more protection and wipe the whole car down.
