Throwing out my experience here. Hit a deer in early November, needed new hood, bumper, passenger light, radiator and AC compressor. all parts on hand and installed in 2 weeks EXCEPT for the bumper. I stayed on their ass and kept getting the runaround, bumper was out of country, no known...

  11. Standard seats in type R

Thank you very much. This is great information and what I was hoping for. like I said there seems to be a lot of speculation about airbags and mounting brackets, but what you provided seems to be the most concrete info that could point me in the right direction.
  12. Standard seats in type R

worth keeping an eye on. Now, some people have said the mounting brackets in the R are different from other models, are they the same as the SI though? is anyone able to accurately speak on this subject or is it all just speculation? I'd be interested in hearing from someone who has actually...

  14. Standard seats in type R

That’s actually a pretty solid idea, can retain the original look as well. I never even thought of that. Good call! Shout out to anybody on here who can hook me up with one single passenger seat!
  15. Standard seats in type R

Seat high, High bolsters, slightly squeezing at the lower back and the lack of a headrest I can be adjusted. To permanently modify the seat, at least if I swapped one it would not affect the integrity of the vehicle being what it was intended to be because I can put it back to stock if I wanted.
  16. Standard seats in type R

I think I really spoiled her, because for about a year I thought that I could be cool and mature and just drive a non-sports, non-stick car and I had a 2014 Volvo XC 70 T6, we did have the 300 Hp turbo six and was pretty sweet, but it just didn’t tickle me the same. In hindsight, I really did...
  17. Standard seats in type R

Given the option she would ride in the back. I had to twist her arm to willingly drive with me that car Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
  18. Standard seats in type R

Having mismatched seats wouldn’t kill me, but I wouldn’t love it. A...
  19. Standard seats in type R

That was gonna be my next option, I found a link to a good Amazon cushion somebody else posted in a similar thread that I was going to try for 30 bucks. Can’t hurt. The ultimate solution is A seat , but something is better than nothing and could be just as good!
  20. Standard seats in type R

Currently there’s a dog that on the passenger seat, which is good for both her and the dog! Two birds with one stone. No dirty paws on the seat. Living in the country 15 minutes from the nearest business doesn’t lend itself to bus ride him too well either though…
