I had hoped this day would never come; I sold the civic. It was the fastest car I’ve owned till now, a hoot to drive, and its polarizing looks never ceased to amuse me. I’m genuinely blown away with how much the civic has evolved since the last one I’ve owned, a 2004 Si hatch. If you had told me...

Hey civicx,
For sale is my lovely SGP CTR. It has 12xxx miles, been garaged its entire life and all work has been done by professionals.
Interior is in pristine condition. Exterior has regular minor chips and scratches except a couple on the hood.
The car has no (strictly) aesthetic...
Good question! Small clarification, they're camber adjusters. The ball joint holds the lower control arm to the "outer" knuckle, while the camber adjusters sit between the "outer" and "inner" knuckle (not super sure what the correct names for em are).
Here's a pic of the difference between the...
Well, did some stuff.
Replaced the brakes with GLOC R10 pads up front, GS-1 pads in the rear and replaced the rotors all round with OEMs. Was looking for blanks but couldn't find any cheaper than the OEM drilled rotors smh. Also upgraded brake fluid to ATE Type 200.
Another thing I installed...
Thanks doc, the prescription was exactly what it needed! I think maybe the shop I got the brakes replaced at weren't able to bed the brakes in well enough. Lesson learned: bed brakes in yourself regardless if the shop said they did :)
Got the rotors replaced with oems along with the pads (GLOC r10).
More noobie questions though: why do the endurance pads have a much smaller surface area than the oem pads? Is this by design?
This looks really strange to me tbh, as if these rotors werent meant for these pads. Would love...
There's a good reason why many who go for 18" aftermarket wheels seldom have issues. It's a better deal all round (if you don't mind a minuscule amount of torque steer).
Check out my flat tire story, you might get some laughs out of it ?
Found some other blanks by Wagner, under the daily driver section.
I'm pretty unsure what to make of the blank front rotors, since I couldn't find any mention of them on this forum and there aren't even any pictures of them on the site.
Again, would love some input.
Hey guys,
I'm looking to replace my oem drilled front rotors with a pair of simple blanks, like Centric makes for the rear. I saw EBC sells a pair but the price is just stupid.
This thread post pointed out that there is a rotor on AAP that might work , but I just wanted to double check since...
