I blew my head gasket with minor coolant leak and gasket material between cylinders being broken off, I attempted the same steps from plugs to coil packs to then seeing if the injectors were the issue. It may be the injectors but being that you mentioned the coolant being relatively low already...
One minimal hairline fracture that has been known to come oem from factory. Other than that the turbo is in near perfect condition. Has only been taken off once and was on my si for the past 20k miles.
I'm not entirely sure what will even come out, I just found out i was speaking to the owner of RV6. When I touch base with him again, I will speak about the synchros as well. But for now it seems stock synchros will be the play.

Thank you Sanchez for that tip on the RV6 4th that is to be released, I have been searching for months for another transmission option for us, to no avail. I ended up ordering the Mfactory but am not satisfied being that there is no third and that it won't be for street racing or high...
I am waiting for my Mfactory close ratio gear set to come in. Top speed is reduced to 136, but if it holds it could be considered a viable option. I can keep you updated in the case you would want to explore this option being that it's only $1700.
I think I might stick it out with this order. Based on the description of the gears, it seems that the quality and durability are still solid. I'm going to be one of the first people to use this, if it works ill be set and our community will have a way cheaper alternative besides PPG or HPD4th.
about 4-5 years of driving manual. I had zero transmission issues before building the motor and upgrading the turbo. This last transmission lasted about 3 weeks and I only took it out (which was to race) about 4-5 times total. Being that I work from home I wasn't driving it much.
I haven't finished tuning for this setup but baseline before even tuning was 275/300. So im assuming im at 300+ hp and torque. Not sure what the numbers are yet
Well boys, just called. They only send 5 gears. After speaking with my builder he was telling me that the drop in difference between gear ratios will make 3rd gear hold more torque. I'm not entirely sure if that is enough for me to continue with this order. being that there is a .5 difference...
