Yeah call or email Honda customer service. If we don’t contact them directly they will just ignore the issue.

You should open a case with Honda. The more who do the more likely they will fix the issue. I opened one a week ago after having issues since last year. Now it’s up to them, honestly I’m not ruling out lemon law at this point.

Will that work without an additional amp for the sub?

Did you open a case with Honda? I ask because I am in the middle of a case with them now.

Bluetooth off on the phone or head unit? I’ve actually opened a case with Honda since they have replaced my head unit already and I’ve been to Apple about it. I showed Apple the videos and went through all the troubleshooting. Apple says it’s a firmware issue with the headset.

To start I bought an Alpine SXE 0825 For the dash and an Alpine S-W8D2 for the sub.

Does anyone know what the tech specs are for the factory system? I really hate the sound and would like to replace the speakers/sub.
