You should open a case with Honda. The more who do the more likely they will fix the issue. I opened one a week ago after having issues since last year. Now it’s up to them, honestly I’m not ruling out lemon law at this point.
Bluetooth off on the phone or head unit? I’ve actually opened a case with Honda since they have replaced my head unit already and I’ve been to Apple about it. I showed Apple the videos and went through all the troubleshooting. Apple says it’s a firmware issue with the headset.
