Change as I go, but typically I leave it in the middle setting. It's a major improvement on the responsiveness but not too jolty. The max setting is very jolty.

installed them yesterday. completely plug and play no problems at all.just make sure you flip the plugs around if they dont work the first time. light output is about the same as my halogen headlights with led bulbs, maybe a bit brighter

i put on a megan racing strut bar on my 2.0 and honestly havent really noticed a difference at all on sharp turns, but maybe i just got use to it.

On their site, it says it is compatible up to the 2020 coupe 2.0 models. You wont keep the center exhaust tho.
