Ok thank u for the clarification, just one last thing, sometimes it'll hit 23psi but only for a second or 2 and then goes back to 20-21 psi is that normal?

Oh where should the actuator position set at? Someone told me it should be at 0mm another told me it should at -3mm?

Well I'm making around 21 psi but sometimes for a second it'll overshooting to 23psi but it would correct itself
